FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How does it work?
All participants will receive a Zoom meeting link via email as part of your sponsorship or ticket registrations. You can join using your computer, tablet, or smartphone device. For best experience, we recommend using your computer device. The Zoom room will open starting at 7:30pm - so feel free to join then to ensure your device is configured and working. We will then get players into their teams using breakout rooms. During the event, you will play as a team consisting of yourself, everyone in your household, and/or as a remote team with other players. Teams will have a chance to choose their team captain, who will be responsible for submitting answers at the end of each round via a game URL provided by the host.
2. How many people can participate in each team?
Teams of up to eight contestants will participate in the CCT Virtual Film Trivia Night Fundraiser. You are welcome to form your own team, or we can assign you to a team. The Coolidge will reach out to you closer to the event to confirm your team preferences.
3. How long is the event?
We anticipate that the event will take 90 minutes, maximum.
4. Will I be visible on-screen during the event? Will I be able to "see" my friends?
All attendees will be visible during the Zoom (although you are always welcome to turn off your camera!). Once Trivia gets going, you will be placed into breakout rooms at the end of each round with your fellow team members, where you will be able to see and confer with each other before submitting your answers (although again, this is camera optional!).
5. How do I place my Coolidge Concessions order?
If your sponsorship or ticket registrations include customized Coolidge Concessions packages, The Coolidge will reach out to you closer to the event to confirm your order and pick-up time at the Coolidge.
6. Is this donation tax-deductible?
The Coolidge Corner Theatre Foundation's Federal Tax ID number is 04-3039722. Donations are fully tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; the goods and services for the event vary depending upon the benefits that you receive. Should your contribution include goods and services, you will receive a separate tax receipt no later than January 31, 2020.
